When using services provided by Urban IT Solution. ('Quick SMS') via authorized third parties, all applicable charges are governed by agreements between you and the respective third party. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and registering for our services, you agree to: Pay all applicable service charges (“Customer Charges”) using the specified prepayment methods. Purchase credits for sending SMS messages. Credit usage per message depends on message type and length. Acknowledge that processing fees may apply via digital payment methods (mobile banking, cards, wallets), which are separate from our invoiced service fees. Direct bank deposits, transfers, and cash payments to our office incur no additional charges. Pay applicable taxes according to Bangladeshi law.
All billing is in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as specified in the service-specific terms.
The individual registering for a service will be considered the Account Owner.
If registering on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Quick SMS reserves the right to accept or reject account applications based on submitted documentation.
A2P SMS: System-generated messages sent to individuals (one-way, OTP, promotional, notification, transactional).
Promotional, Transactional, Notification SMS: Categorized for marketing, transaction confirmation, and alerts.
Group-Based & Other SMS: Messages targeting specific demographics, groups, or machine-generated systems.
All SMS services must comply with Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) regulations.
Users must not send content that is religiously provocative, anti-state, fraudulent, or illegal.
OTP and transactional messages must clearly display the authorized brand or company name.
Political messages require prior approval from relevant authorities.
Quick SMS reserves the right to filter or block any messages violating regulations.
Quick SMS may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Failure to provide required documentation.
Violation of BTRC or Quick SMS rules.
Submission of false or misleading registration information.
Sending restricted content (anti-state, religiously provocative, fraudulent, unauthorized political, adult content, or gambling).
By using Quick SMS services:
You confirm that you are authorized to hold and use the account.
You agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions, BTRC guidelines, and applicable laws.
